Chaplaincy Prayer

O Lord God, who rules the air, land and sea; preserve and protect those who travel. Grant them safe journeys to their destinations. Be with those who make these voyages possible. May they perform their tasks in a manner that will be pleasing to You and will glorify Your mighty Name. May we always abide by Your commandments, keeping our faith in You strong that we may stand against temptations that keep us from loving and serving You. Let this Airport Chaplaincy ministry touch the lives of all Your servants who work here or pass through these gates. We ask that You place a special blessing on those who unselfishly dedicate themselves to insuring that this ministry remains a vital part of the Houston Interfaith Chapel Airport community. Keep us always under your Wing. Amen.
